All courts in the state of New Jersey are closed as of July 1st. The state has not passed a budget for 2018 and the courts will not reopen again until that happens.

This means that all court searches, including statewide criminal searches, in the state of New Jersey will be placed on hold until the courts reopen.

Motor vehicle records may also be affected.

You can read the official statement issued by the Chief Justice of New Jersey.

We will continue to monitor the situation and searches will resume as soon as possible once the courts are open again.
