Sales Representative
Confirm Choice, LLC – Nashville, TN 37215

Confirm Choice, a background screening company, is growing and we are looking for a new member to join our team. We are a small company searching for an experienced Sales Representative. Previous experience in the background screening industry is a plus but not required. Corporate office is located in Green Hills. This position is full time, base salary plus commission. Travel required: Daily Sales Calls, Trade Show Conferences, etc. Full Benefits Package to include medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, 401k with company match, paid vacation, sick and holidays.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for new client revenue growth.  Builds business by generating a pipeline of business prospects from diverse industries.  You will possess professional sales skills and have a proven track record.  This includes qualifying, generating and following up on leads, providing proposals, training clients and attending networking events.  You must maintain relationship with existing clients and potential clients.  You will be fully responsible for generating an annual quota of business.

Duties:

  • Ability to secure new business by cold calling on clients and following up on leads provided. Consistent contact with leads in a systematic, trackable approach.
  • Use diverse approaches to obtaining new business by researching the Nashville Business Journal, Linkedin, email, other media platforms to make introductions or obtain leads.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares proposals, presenting presentations, and providing web demos for clients.
  • Provides reports to management regarding accounts visited, called and status updates weekly through Salesforce. Provide trackable reports by prospect on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and meeting a sales quota.
  • Attend local, regional and national trade shows for product recognition.
  • Work closely with inside team members to work the overall strategy of the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must have a passion for success and be driven to improve personally and professionally.
  • A desire to educate clients on product and listening to their needs with the goal of making them successful.
  • You MUST be self-motivated, organized, determined, goal-oriented, have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, WordPress and Salesforce.

Customer Service Specialist / Background Researcher

Confirm Choice, a background screening company, is growing and we are looking for a new member to join our team. We are a small company searching for the right person to learn all aspects of the operation. Previous experience in the background screening industry is a plus but not required. We are willing to invest time and training into someone who has initiative, is eager and willing to learn, a self-starter, and is looking to invest into a company long term. This position will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. This job has great potential for growth for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Research criminal records
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Call for employment, education or professional references

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical support a plus
• Proficient computer skills
