As the effects of the virus continue to grow, we want to take a moment and communicate to our clients that we are working closely with our various researchers in the field to stay abreast of court closures and/or delays that may occur. We will provide continual updates as we receive them and post ETA status updates on our pending reports within our web portal. Our staff is able to adapt to the changing situation and is equipped to work remotely if needed in order to support our clients so there is minimal disruption.
We have just learned that McCracken County, Kentucky has closed general access to the public access terminals. Our researchers are working directly with that court to find a solution and will be monitoring the situation closely. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
