We have an update on Court Closures we need to share with you due to the rise in Covid cases.
CA: Mendocino and Santa Clara Counties are now closed due to a rise in Covid cases. Re-open date to be determined for Mendocino and re-open date for Santa Clara is scheduled for 1/4/2021.
GA: Berrien, Jasper, Lincoln, McIntosh, Rabun, and Walton Counties are now closed due to a Covid outbreak. Re-open date to be determined. Lincoln County is now closed. The court’s computer system is down and being worked on. Re-open date to be determined.
KY: Allen, Carlisle, Christian, Edmonson, Estill, Floyd, Graves, Green, Hardin, Hart, Henry, Hopkins, Lincoln, Lyon, Nelson, Ohio, Owen, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Rowan, Russell, Simpson, Trigg, Washington and Wolfe Counties are closed due to Covid outbreaks. Re-open date to be determined.
MI: St. Joseph County is closed and hoping to re-open soon.
MS: Tallahatchie County is now closed due to a new Covid exposure. Re-opening date to be determined.
NY: Steuben County is now closed due to a new Covid exposure. Court expected to re-open on 12/11/2020.
TN: Benton, Cheatham, Sequatchie, and Stewart Counties are now closed due to a new Covid exposure. Re-opening date to be determined. Dickson county is closing as they are moving into another building. They weren’t able to re-open December 1st as expected. Restoration date to be determined.
WV: Boone and Tucker Counties are now closed due to new Covid exposures. Re-open date to be determined.
